About The Role

  1. 跟踪国内外具身智能、机器人（人形、四足、机械臂等）、AI Agent 等行业发展动态，输出市场分析及竞品研究报告；
  2. 参与具身应用平台(含训练、仿真、数据等)产品规划，完成需求分析、产品设计、PRD 编写及产品原型设计；
  3. 调研数字孪生、世界模型（World Model）、机器人仿真（Simulation）、Sim2Real、VLA/VLM 等技术趋势，为产品规划提供支持；
  4. 参与客户需求调研，梳理典型业务场景，协助沉淀行业解决方案及产品能力；
  5. 协助产品测试、Demo 验证、产品发布及相关文档整理，推动产品持续迭代优化。
  • 1、985/211 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、软件工程等相关专业优先；
  • 2、对具身智能、机器人、AI Agent、大模型等前沿方向有浓厚兴趣，并保持持续关注；
  • 3、了解机器人仿真（Isaac Sim、Isaac Lab、MuJoCo、Gazebo 等）、ROS2、VLA/VLM 等相关技术者优先；
  • 4、具备较强的信息搜集、逻辑分析及文档撰写能力，能够独立完成行业研究及产品分析；
  • 5、责任心强，学习能力优秀，具有良好的沟通协作能力。
  • 加分项
  • 1、有机器人、AI Agent、数字孪生、自动驾驶、具身智能等相关项目或科研经历；
  • 2、熟悉 Figma、Axure、Notion、飞书等产品工具，能够独立完成 PRD 或产品原型设计；
  • 3、了解 Python、ROS2 或机器人开发流程，具备一定技术理解能力；
  • 4、持续关注国内外具身智能、机器人及 AI 行业动态，有行业研究、竞品分析或技术文章输出经验。
