Senior Product Analyst – Matching

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst (Matching) to measure, understand, and improve the matching systems that power our marketplace. You will own the analytical view of how supply, demand, and marketplace efficiency behave under uncertainty and dynamic conditions, and turn that understanding into decisions that shape our matching and ranking algorithms.Unlike traditional dispatch-based matching, our marketplace operates on a unique bid-based model, where rider–driver connections are shaped through direct negotiation. This creates a fundamentally different analytical problem, requiring rigorous approaches to measuring user behavior, response dynamics, and marketplace incentives.
