About the position

Eqom is looking for a hands-on CRM Intern to join our CRM team and support the planning, creation, and execution of email and lifecycle marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our CRM Manager and lifecycle team, getting real ownership over campaign production while supporting day-to-day operations for one of our core brands.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants practical, in-house CRM/email marketing experience within a fast-moving e-commerce environment, working across strategy, copy, design coordination, and execution.

POSITION DETAILS

• Support the planning and scheduling of recurring email campaigns and newsletters
• Help build and QA email campaigns in our ESP (Klaviyo), including segmentation, list building, and send scheduling
• Assist with campaign briefings for design (structuring content, product info, and creative requirements)
• Creative banner/asset production and formatting for email use (training provided)
• Monitor campaign performance (opens, clicks, CVR, revenue) and help compile weekly/monthly reporting
• Support the CRM team with day-to-day operational tasks: calendar upkeep, campaign tracker maintenance, briefing documents, and coordination with copywriters and designers
• Help maintain documentation (newsletter formats, briefing templates, process notes)
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for campaign optimization
• About you
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Marketing, Communication, Business, Media, or related field), or recently graduated and available for an internship
• Available for a full-time internship (5–6 months); a valid internship agreement with your school if required
• Native Dutch & strong English is required
• Organized and detail-oriented — comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Basic affinity with email marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing (prior experience not required, but genuine interest expected)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Canva, or basic image editing is a plus but not mandatory
• Proactive and hands-on — willing to jump into execution work, not just observe
• Comfortable working on content for an adult lifestyle/e-commerce brand in a professional, non-judgmental way
