About The Role
Do you want to combine technical leadership with strategic resource and capacity planning?
We are now looking for an engaged Team lead who wants to lead part of our order engineering department. The role includes both people and operational responsibility for your own group, as well as overall responsibility for planning and capacity management across the entire order engineering organization.
As Team lead , you will be responsible for developing, leading and supporting your team towards set goals within safety, quality and delivery. With support from the Project Engineering Manager. You will ensure sustainable competence development, strong employee engagement and close collaboration with other functions across the business.
In addition to your team lead responsibilities, you will have a central role in the overall planning of the entire order engineering department. You will work proactively with resource balancing, capacity planning, prioritization and follow-up to create the right conditions for successful project deliveries.
This role is based in Ludvika, Sweden.
How you’ll make an impact
- Lead and develop a group of engineers within order engineering.
- Be responsible for work environment, competence development, performance and employee engagement.
- Own and coordinate the department’s capacity and resource planning.
- Create transparency around workload, forecasts and future resource needs.
Your background
- A university degree in engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Previous leadership experience, either as a manager or in a leading specialist role.
- Good understanding of planning, resource management and project-based operations.
- Ability to create structure, drive change and build strong collaborations.
- Steps in operationally when impact is needed.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
