Senior Specialist - Commercial & BD

Support the Manager in identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the EC&FZ Cluster. Contribute to commercial initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and business development activities that enhance the Cluster's market presence and financial performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in the customer journey, ensuring a streamlined experience dealing with all investors, partners, or service provider.
• Handle all internal/external stakeholders' services related to the specific assigned sector.
• Attend, whenever required, key events, exhibitions, roadshows etc. dedicated to promoting the industrial zone and target sector.
• implement commercial excellence through standardization of processes and adoption of best practices and systems (including CRM).
• Execute and assist in lead generation, pipeline management, and contract negotiations to meet sector-based targets.
• Handle leads generated from new concepts development to progress their interest and finalize the deal.
• Extract and communicate customer insights for continuous improvement of the organization’s processes/procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent English and Arabic Languages
• At least 3 years of direct sales experience with a basic understanding of operations
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to meet directly with customers and represent the company in a professional manor
• Require good analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data
• Target-orientated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must be able to prepare PowerPoint presentations and be fully conversant in windows, excel and word
