About The Role
Description
Midland University, a private, Christian, liberal-arts college in Fremont, Nebraska, is seeking exceptional faculty members to teach Project Management in our undergraduate business program. The class will run in-person (no online option available) during the Spring session 2027: January 11-May 7. The hybrid class is scheduled for Mondays from 11-12:20 pm
Project Management (PM) is increasingly important in today's world. This course covers the fundamental concepts and applied techniques for cost effective management of both long-term development programs and short-term projects. The content deals with planning, scheduling, organizing, and controlling projects. The course uses cases from a wide variety of industries, including construction, information systems, non-profit organizations, the government, and the military.
Professionals with extensive practical experience and an interest in engaging students are encouraged to apply, regardless of previous classroom experience.

Qualifications
Need to have:
Master’s degree in business-related field
Experience in project management
Should demonstrate:
Interest and experience engaging students through classroom learning
The desire and availability to be quickly responsive to students
Nice to have:
Experience working with a learning management system such as Blackboard or Canvas to develop and deliver course content
