What You'll Do

Extend a warm welcome to guests | Responsible for a section in the restaurant | Provide detailed explanations about menu and beverage options | Offer recommendations based on guests' preferences for both food and drinks | Contribute to the growth of Flore | Collaborate closely with the whole kitchen, service and Sommeliers team | Ensure smooth and effective execution of your tasks across different service areas | Share your knowledge with the broader team | Report to the respective department manager.

Who You Are

Experienced waiter with a background in fine dining (MICHELIN) settings | Passionate about hospitality and connecting with people | Privately, you take excellent care of your friends and bring the finest selections to celebrate special occasions | Quick to adapt and remain effective in a dynamic and ever-changing environment | Enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge (e.g. about wines) with colleagues | Positive, dynamic team player with a keen attention to detail | Excellent communication skills for quick and effective coordination | Always ready with a smile and solutions for any challenges that may arise.

Nice to Have

Passion for luxury hospitality | Experience in training and mentoring junior staff | Previous experience in a restaurant with fine dining.
