The Senior Human Resources for Health (HRH) Development & Regulation Advisor provides strategic technical leadership, innovation, and quality assurance for all project interventions that strengthen Ethiopia's health workforce across the education-to-practice continuum under RISE and ASCEND HRH activities The Advisor leads implementation of activities to produce competent, practice-ready and continuously learning health workforce while providing technical support to relevant interventions under other project thematic areas that relate to professional regulation, competency assessment, institutional capacity strengthening, digital learning, and knowledge management.
