Site Reliability Engineer II - Internal Only

Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) at Indeed work directly with our product teams, working closely with them to design, code, test, run, and evolve the systems that help people around the world get jobs. We work closely with dozens of Indeed teams to drive the adoption of modern reliability practices like Service Level Objectives (SLOs), error budget policies, actionable alerts, follow-the-sun on-call, incident retrospectives, end-to-end ownership, and designing robust guardrails for AI-driven workflows. In this role, you’ll partner closely with software engineers and product managers to balance feature velocity with system reliability.
