Job Description Allied Universal® is hiring an HR Licensing Specialist. The Licesning Specialist is responsible for assisting in various operations that result in a thorough investigation and provide a quality product that achieves customer satisfaction. The primary function is to provide support to Human Resource Licensing Compliance. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Accept new assignments from clients, effectively identifying the objectives and defining the investigative plan to complete the objectives on a daily basis Communicate the objectives and the plan to both the client for confirmation and the investigator for execution Orchestrate communication among all involved parties to ensure the investigation is conducted within standard operating procedures and all special instructions BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required: Must possess one or more of the following: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related degree An Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related degree with a minimum of one (1)-year of experience in a related field Type and Length of Specific Experience Required: If previously employed, meaningful and verifiable work history BENEFITS: Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insurance Seven paid holidays annually, sick days available where required by law Vacation time offered at an initial accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly; unused vacation is only paid out where required by law Closing Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
