Your Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries and process them accurately.
• Support order fulfilment and logistics, ensuring shipment and customer details are accurate and issues are flagged promptly.
• Prioritize quotation requests and provide a 5-minute turnaround for standard enquiries where all required information is available.
• Record quotations, customer feedback, and opportunities accurately in the CRM for the sales team.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, including customer, machine, and commercial information.
• Process sales orders accurately, ensuring customer, product, pricing, and delivery details are correct
• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines .

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• B2B sales administration experienc e .
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability including NetSuite/ SalesForce
• Ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities.
• Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Experience processing quotations and/or sales orders.
