Part-time PPC / Meta Ads Specialist at Mira Construction

About The Role

We are looking for a Part-time PPC / Meta Ads Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day management and optimization of multiple advertising accounts.
The role is focused on hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, testing, and continuous optimization.
What you will do

Launch and set up advertising campaigns in Meta Ads.
Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and respond promptly to changes.
Optimize budgets, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
Analyze key performance metrics and identify the reasons behind performance drops.
Test new audiences, offers, and advertising creatives.
Provide recommendations for new advertising creatives.
Monitor the accuracy of tracking and conversion events.
Prepare regular performance reports.
Discuss results, challenges, and optimization ideas with the PPC Team Lead.
Troubleshoot issues related to advertising accounts, ads, and moderation.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads .
Experience independently managing multiple advertising accounts simultaneously.
Good understanding of performance marketing and key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, CR, etc.
Ability to identify optimization opportunities and make data-driven decisions independently.
Hands-on experience with Lead Generation campaigns.
Good understanding of cold audiences, retargeting, and Lookalike audiences.
Experience testing different audiences and advertising creatives.
Strong attention to detail when working with advertising budgets.
Ability to manage your area of responsibility independently without constant supervision.
Working English for advertising platforms, ad copy, and day-to-day work communication.
