Platinum Banker-Inbound-Branch Banking-Service

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Platinum Banker - Inbound to manage high-value transactions and ensure operational excellence at the branch. This role involves servicing walk-in customers, generating leads, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. The Authoriser will also act as a key custodian and play a pivotal role in maintaining service quality and team coordination.

• Service walk-in customers across all segments with professionalism and efficiency.
• Generate leads for New-To-Bank customers and cross-sell products such as Term Deposits (TD), Mutual Funds (MF), CASA, and Gold.
• Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance across all branch operations.
• Coordinate and support branch audits.
• Deliver service excellence to enhance customer retention and cross-sell opportunities.
• Authorize and verify entries made by inputer.
• Review end products and clear transactions of ₹10 lakhs and above.
• Act as vault/key custodian and ensure secure handling of branch assets.
