Greeter

A Greeter at Meier’s Creek Brewing Company is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for all guests. This position and all others at Meiers Creek require team work and the best efforts put forward daily.

Requirements

Essential Minimum Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Managing the waitlist and seating guests in an organized and timely manner
• Communicating with servers, bartenders and managers to maintain smooth guest flow
• Maintaining greeter stand, menus and front entrance area is a clean and organized manner
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs in a friendly manner
• Processing Meier’s Creek merchandise and retail beer sales
• Supporting the team during busy shifts and contributing to a positive guest experience

• Customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, welcoming and professional attitude

Physical Requirement

Constant

• Standing and walking,
• Stooping, bending and crouching.
• Reaching at or below shoulder level
• Gross and fine manipulation using both hands

• Push, pull and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reaching above shoulder level
• Keyboarding and use of computer hardware

Occasionally

• Lifting, pushing or pulling greater than 50lbs with assistance.
