Leave and Accommodations Manager

The Leave and Accommodations Manager leads Massport’s leave of absence and workplace accommodations programs, serving as the subject matter expert on FMLA, ADA, PFML, and related regulations while ensuring compliant, consistent, and employee-centered administration of leave and accommodation requests. They partner with employees, managers, HR, Labor Relations, and Legal to manage complex cases, mitigate organizational risk, drive process improvements, deliver training, and support employee relations matters while overseeing program reporting, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
