The Communications Specialist (Bargaining Unit, Local Union No. 25) is critical to ensuring the safety, security, and efficiency of Massport operations by managing all communications, coordinating emergency responses, and maintaining compliance with federal and organizational standards. Through proactive monitoring, resource dispatch, and collaboration with key stakeholders, it supports Massport’s mission to deliver safe, secure, and seamless transportation services.
