ASSISTANT HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER

The Assistant HC (P&C) Manager supports the leadership and delivery of the human capital function for Zoomlion Management Services Guinea Conakry. The role assists in ensuring the organisation attracts, develops, engages, and retains a capable workforce while maintaining compliant, efficient, and employee-focused HR practices. The position supports recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, training, HR reporting, employee records, and compliance with applicable Guinean labour requirements.
