European Real Estate Agent – Dubai | Off-Plan Sales

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its multinational team and is looking for experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing Dubai operation, specializing in Off-Plan Property Sales .

We are looking for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals with a proven track record who are ready to build their career in Dubai's competitive real estate market.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
• Previous UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
• European language skills such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Russian are highly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Knowledge of Dubai's off-plan property market and major developers is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• 50%–70% commission structure
