Temporary IT Desktop & AV Support at NUS Enterprise

About The Role

Provide first-level desktop support for end-user devices, including laptop/desktop hardware, peripherals, printing, software and connectivity issues.
Assist with laptop/desktop provisioning, imaging, deployment and returns, including device setup for staff onboarding and offboarding.
Provide first-level support for in-house NUSX systems and standard productivity applications, escalating unresolved issues to the Lead, Services Operation, NUS IT or appointed vendors in accordance with established support arrangements.

Provide AV setup, operation and teardown support for events, town halls, workshops and meetings across i3, BLOCK71 and Curie venues.
Conduct pre-event AV checks (audio, projection/display, video conferencing, recording and livestream equipment) and provide on-site technical support during events.
Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance of meeting room and event space AV systems; log and escalate faults to vendors where required.

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Media Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT helpdesk/desktop support and/or AV technical support.
Working knowledge of Windows/Mac end-user environments and AV systems (audio mixing, displays/projection, video conferencing platforms such as Zoom/Teams).
Able to work independently across multiple sites, manage concurrent requests and support occasional events outside standard office hours (with time-off arrangements per prevailing policy).
Service-oriented, dependable and comfortable engaging staff, tenants and external vendors professionally.
