About The Role

We are looking for experienced professionals to support a leading logistics technology platform serving large U.S. companies 🇺🇸. This role focuses on providing operational and client support within a high-volume production environment

Manage outbound calls and emails with U.S.-based corporate clients
Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
Provide outstanding customer experience (Great CX service skills required)
Support logistics tracking and operational workflows
Work closely with internal teams to maintain service quality standards
Drives the end-to-end execution of the PP/Project workflow from kickoff through closeout.
Maintains status control and keeps documentation accurate and up to date throughout the project.
Serves as the primary point of contact for client communication.
Ensures data readiness ahead of each project milestone.
Owns scheduling progression and delivers a clean, complete closeout.
 Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, planning, scheduling, logistics support, or similar roles
 Experience handling client escalations
 Strong customer management skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills (B2+ English required) 
 Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel 
 Salesforce and/or NetSuite experience is a plus
