Job Title: Sales Support Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Support Agent to respond to customer and prospect queries, while supporting sales operations. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of customer service and back-office best practices, ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls .
• Troubleshooting: Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, and account statuses, and resolve any related problems in a timely manner.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by processing orders, validating and verifying documents, tracking shipments, and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
• Enrollment Support: Guide customers through the entire enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to service initiation.
• Back Office Support: Complete pending service requests and coordinate with relevant departments to start or maintain services.
• Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate customer databases and records using ERP and CRM systems, updating order details and communication history.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales to ensure excellent customer experiences and service delivery.
• Reporting: Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for internal use.

Candidate Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well within a team and motivate others.
• Experience managing inbound and outbound calls.
• Advanced English (B2+/C2).
