### **Account specific roles and responsibilities:**

### Daily Operations

• Plan daily workflow and assignments.
• Monitor productivity and 40-chart target.
• Manage coverage, pending tasks, and workload.

### Quality Management

• Audit scribe documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Track quality trends and provide weekly reports.

### Coaching & Development

• Conduct coaching and performance reviews.
• Create improvement plans and apply feedback.

### Reporting

• Prepare weekly production and issue reports.
• Provide leadership updates.

### **Training & Support**

• Train and onboard new scribes.
• Provide ongoing support, feedback, and escalation.

### **Scribing**

• Converting transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into applicable report formats
• Typing out the full forms of medical abbreviations and acronyms, as well as the formal versions of medical jargon
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience

## Requirements

• Must be a graduate of any medical course
• With at least 1 year **Team Lead / Supervisory / SME** experience under a healthcare account
• Must have **2 years** of **Medical Scribes / Transcriptionist Experience**
• With experience in ECW
• Averaging 50-60 WPM
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Amenable working night shift
