Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales Executive to manage online customer inquiries, generate sales, and build strong relationships with customers through digital channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to respond quickly to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, website chat, email, and other online platforms.
• Promote products and services to potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details.
• Process and coordinate customer orders.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide excellent service.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and update sales information.
• Work with the marketing and operations teams to support online promotions and campaigns.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor competitors and identify new online sales opportunities.

Requirements

• ARABIC SPEAKER (any nationality) - FEMALE only
• Previous experience in online sales, telesales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, email, and online sales platforms.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
