What you’ll do

• Welcome and serve guests with a friendly, professional approach
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen or bar
• Present the menu, make recommendations, and answer guest questions
• Maintain clean, organized dining areas at all times
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members
• Process bills and payments efficiently and accurately
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
