As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and a key contributor to creating a positive and memorable first impression. Your role is central to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth guest journey from arrival to departure.

With strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality, you will help create a welcoming and professional front-office experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the property management system
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests
  • Process payments, billing, and financial transactions accurately
  • Provide guests with information on hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and special requests
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and inviting

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has previous experience in a receptionist or front office role (hospitality experience is a plus)
  • Communicates fluently in both English and Greek, verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Is familiar with hotel systems such as Protel or similar (considered an asset)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Has a friendly, professional demeanor and a strong focus on guest satisfaction
  • Is flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
