Battle-Tested Leadership Experience

100% Data Center Focused

Owner-Operator Mindset

Do you have strong commercial and administrative skills, a good understanding of financial matters, and a natural ability to create structure and build strong relationships?

As Contract Support Lead, you will play an important role in the day-to-day management and development of a significant contract. You will work closely on-site with our Critical Facilities Director and play a central role in collaborating with the client, the on-site team, and our US leadership team.

This is a role where you need to be detail-oriented, understand the business, and be able to see what it takes to create a great customer experience and a healthy contract.

A key role close to both the Client and Leadership

The overall responsibility for the contract sits with our Critical Facilities Director, but you will be a key player in the day-to-day follow-up on the contract's commercial, financial, and administrative matters. Moreover, you will be part of the initial part of MSA (Master Service Agreement) and responsible for the SOW (Scope of Work) and overall vendor management.

You will help ensure that we deliver on our agreements, maintain strong financial control, and continuously develop our relationship with the client.

An important part of the role is also working closely with our US leadership team. You will be expected to provide a clear and professional overview of the contract's status, financial performance, operational performance, and development opportunities, while ensuring that information and decisions are effectively translated into action within the local organization.

The customer is at the heart of this role. You will play a significant part in the ongoing customer dialogue and will be expected to understand, meet, and ideally anticipate the customer's needs. You should be able to build trust and strong relationships while also having the confidence to engage in commercial and operational discussions when required.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will, among other things

Act as a close business partner to the Critical Facilities Director in the day-to-day management of the contract

Take responsibility for the ongoing Contract Support function, ensuring structure, quality, and progress

Vendor life cycle management

Support the financial and commercial performance of the contract

Follow up on KPIs, financial performance, and relevant contract reporting

Contribute to monthly reporting and QBR’s – Quarterly Business Reviews

Ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing and follow-up on subcontractor invoices

Maintain a strong understanding of the contract scope, terms and conditions, and commercial aspects

Act as an important point of contact in the ongoing dialogue with the customer

Coordinate and administer relevant helpdesk and asset management systems

Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure effective communication and information flow between the client, the on-site team, the Critical Facilities Director, and our US leadership team

Who are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in service delivery management, contract coordination, contract management, facilities management, or a similar commercial/administrative role.

You do not necessarily need to come from exactly the same type of position. What matters most is that you have the commercial understanding, structure, and drive needed to succeed in the role.

We would like you to have

Experience with contract administration or commercial operations

Experience with vendor management

Experience with finance, invoicing, and reporting

Experience in a client-facing role

Experience with people management, coordination, or employee development is an advantage

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Good numerical understanding and strong Excel/spreadsheet skills

Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English

The ability to work in a structured and independent manner while managing multiple deadlines

Experience with systems such as Coupa and NetSuite

You are the type of person who...

...creates clarity when there are many moving parts.

You are detail-oriented without losing sight of the commercial perspective. You take ownership, follow through, and make sure things get done.

You are a people person and thrive on working across an organization. You can communicate effectively with the client on one side and leadership on the other, and you understand how to adapt your communication to both.

You thrive in an international organization and are comfortable collaborating across countries and cultures.

And most importantly: You keep the client at the center and are motivated by creating results through strong collaboration.
