This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruitment & Selection Analyst based in Brazil.

As a Recruitment & Selection Analyst, you will manage end-to-end hiring processes across Technology and other business areas, working with professionals at different levels of <seniority.You>’ll take ownership of multiple vacancies simultaneously, from initial role alignment and sourcing strategy through candidate evaluation and offer presentation.The role combines active sourcing, market mapping, interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder <management.You>’ll have the autonomy to determine effective recruitment strategies and identify high-quality professionals in competitive talent markets.Success in this position requires agility, organization, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a high-volume <environment.You>’ll play a direct role in connecting talented professionals with opportunities while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive recruiter who enjoys technology hiring, autonomy, and fast-paced recruitment environments.

Accountabilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes, from initial vacancy alignment through candidate offer presentation.
  • Align with hiring managers and stakeholders on role requirements, candidate profiles, priorities, and expectations.
  • Define and execute effective job advertising, candidate attraction, sourcing, and recruitment strategies.
  • Publish, manage, and monitor vacancies across relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Screen and assess resumes to identify candidates aligned with technical and behavioral requirements.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate overall suitability for each position.
  • Perform active sourcing and headhunting to identify qualified professionals, particularly for Technology roles.
  • Conduct market mapping to identify potential candidates and understand relevant talent pools.
  • Prepare candidate profiles, assessments, and professional recommendations for presentation to managers and clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate alignment discussions and negotiations related to candidate offers.
  • Manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently, establishing priorities and ensuring vacancies progress according to deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate organization and follow-up of recruitment demands while demonstrating agility, ownership, and commitment to delivery timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or technical degree completed or currently in progress.
  • Previous professional experience in Recruitment and Selection.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Experience recruiting Technology professionals and familiarity with technical profiles.
  • Experience recruiting candidates across different roles, levels, and seniority.
  • Hands-on experience with active sourcing, hunting, and candidate outreach.
  • Familiarity with major job boards, recruitment platforms, and professional sourcing tools.
  • Ability to manage several vacancies simultaneously while effectively prioritizing workloads and deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, agile, and autonomous working style.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to recruitment deliverables.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in outsourcing companies, recruitment consultancies, or high-volume hiring environments is a plus.
  • Experience recruiting Technology profiles across areas such as Support, Infrastructure, Software Development, Information Security, Data, and Cloud is desirable.
  • Recruitment experience across business areas beyond Technology is also a plus.
