The Opportunity

  • ● Architect visionary software platforms from concept to deployment using emerging technologies
  • ● Design enduring, scalable system architectures to build our powerful OSINT ecosystem
  • ● Own a domain of the platform end to end, from design through delivery and production support
  • ● Develop full-stack applications incorporating best-in-class web frameworks and APIs
  • ● Flex your diverse skills across JavaScript, PHP, TypeScript, Golang, and more
  • ● Practise test-driven development and continuous delivery, with telemetry and feedback loops that make
  • system behaviour observable in production
  • ● Apply rigorous code review across the team, including validation of code produced with AI-assisted
  • development tools
  • ● Implement robust security and data protection protocols across the stack
  • ● Design and run structured training for the team, and mentor peers through review, pairing and hands-on
  • guidance
  • ● Engage with clients and vendors to troubleshoot issues and communicate technical solutions
  • ● Collaborate with elite intelligence analysts to continuously enhance our offerings
  • ● Support our ambitious growth through customer engagements and strategic initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of extensive full-stack software development experience
  • ● Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP and Go, and the ability to pick up new languages
  • quickly
  • ● Expertise in designing and developing high-performance, secure architectures
  • ● Sound judgement when reviewing code you did not write, including output from AI-assisted development
  • tools
  • ● Practical experience with test-driven development, continuous integration and delivery, and application
  • telemetry
  • ● The judgement to make a build versus buy decision and defend it
  • ● Clear technical writing, including design documents and architecture decision records
  • ● Experience designing and running training, and mentoring engineers of all levels as a peer rather than a
  • manager
  • ● Strong client-facing communication skills and vendor engagement experience
  • ● A passion for staying ahead of the curve with emerging technologies
  • ● Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges
  • ● Experience in front-end web frameworks, Vue experience highly regarded
  • ● Track record of thriving in a start-up environment preferred
