JOB OVERVIEW

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Restaurant/Bar Manager and within the limits of established IHC Policies, Procedures and Food and Beverage Manual, responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to the Restaurant guests.

RELATIONSHIPS

1. Reports directly to Restaurant/Bar Manager and Assistant Manager
2. Co-operates & communicates with other employees.
3. Interacts with guests as appropriate.
