Sales Representative – Lithuanian Market

• We are looking for a Sales Representative for the Lithuanian market to join our team.
• Work tasks: Main Responsibilities

• Actively sell the company’s products and services in the Lithuanian market.
• Identify and acquire new customers and business partners, and establish strong business relationships.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Prepare sales offers and conduct negotiations.
• Monitor and analyze the Lithuanian market, competitors, and new sales opportunities.
• Represent the company in communication with Lithuanian customers and business partners.
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on sales results.

Other requirements: We expect the candidate to have

• Good knowledge of the Lithuanian market and local business environment.
• Very good command of Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in sales.
• Previous sales experience in the retail sector is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and focus on achieving results
