Mechanical Manufacturing Technician

As we move from engineering prototypes towards repeatable production, we are looking for a practical and detail-oriented Mechanical Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Tallinn.

Work tasks: -Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies and complete products

-Work according to technical drawings, assembly instructions and defined procedures

-Use hand tools, power tools, drills and other workshop equipment safely and accurately

-Set up and operate manufacturing equipment used for prototyping and production

-Operate a laser cutter and prepare or adjust suitable production files

-Support CNC machining activities, depending on your existing skills and experience

-Carry out basic measurements, inspections and functional checks

-Participate in the testing of assembled products and components

-Identify assembly or manufacturing problems and report them to the engineering team

-Support troubleshooting, rework and corrective activities

-Work with adhesives and materials such as epoxy where required

-Record completed work, measurements, issues and test results accurately

-Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in good condition

-Provide practical feedback on assembly methods and work instructions

We offer: -A monthly gross salary of €2,100–€3,000, depending on your experience and skills
