About The Role

We’re seeking a Youth Development Coordinator to lead impactful youth programs, track progress, and collaborate with partners. Bring your energy, ideas, and understanding of youth and community needs to help make a difference!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead & Support: Recruit and work with youth, families, and volunteers.
  • Stay Organized: Keep records up-to-date and track progress.
  • Plan Activities: Organize fun group events while ensuring safety.
  • Network: Build connections with local businesses and organizations.
  • Outreach: Represent the program at community events.
  • Keep Learning: Attend trainings and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

  • You communicate clearly and connect with people easily.
  • You’re great at leading activities and keeping things safe and fun for the youth.
  • Problem-solving is your strength—you make things happen.
  • You work well both independently and with a team.
  • You know child development and how to connect families with resources.
  • You’re flexible with your schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree is a plus, but 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a human service-related

field works too!

  • Bonus points if you’ve got experience working with youth, recruiting volunteers, and
  • fundraising—those are key skills we love!

  • Salary range of $19.52 - $29.89/hour - plus benefits!
  • Full-time (40 hours per week), 12-Month Position
