Finance Operations Officer (m/f)

We build thriving communities of international professionals and are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable and results-driven Financial Support Officer to join our dynamic team.

Main responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices to tenants and owners, and manage the billing cycle
• Monitor incoming rent payments, allocate them to the right tenant and invoice, and flag discrepancies
• Send payment reminders, follow up on overdue accounts, and prepare files for legal escalation
• Manage security deposits: collection, reconciliation and refunds at move-out
• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and VAT compliance
• Prepare payment runs and keep supplier accounts up to date
• Oversee and coordinate with our external bookkeepers
• Provide statements, do reconciliations and discrepancy checks
• Produce monthly arrears and cash reporting; support VAT returns and year-end closing
• Maintain high-quality communication with clients and stakeholders

Your profile

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable or a similar role is an advantage
• Accounting software experience (an advantage but not a necessity)
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field is a plus
• Be organized and reliable* Ability to work independently and show initiative
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory), French (advantage)
• Reside in Luxembourg or proximity
• A valid driving licence is an advantage
