Description

Results-driven Project Director to lead the rapid transformation and implementation of a Core Banking System, a regulatory reporting tool, and the integration of HO systems with NCIBL IT.

This unique executive role combines high-velocity execution with the governance of a hands-on PMO Lead, Budget Controller, and intragroup liaison, with a rigorous governance engine that keeps local deployment agile while providing the structured oversight and risk transparency demanded by NCIBL Management, Group, and Head Office (HO) stakeholders.

Profil

• Minimum 15+ years of experience delivering high-impact transformation projects of approximately EUR 5-10 million in banks.
• Managing transitions from legacy environments to next-generation architecture.
• RegTech & Compliance Frameworks: enforcing financial sector security protocols and global regulatory mandates.
• Data Migration & Reconciliation: overseeing complex ETL processing frameworks and automated data-cleansing processes.
• Financial Engineering & Budgeting: directing multi-million-euro Capex/Opex forecasting and milestone-based tracking.
• End-to-End PMO Governance: executing Agile, traditional and hybrid project governance frameworks fluently.
• Meticulous Cutover Planning: structuring risk mapping, immediate rollback procedures and live-environment simulations.
