Associate Consultant

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building GenAI applications, integrating AI models, and delivering scalable solutions

Develop and implement Generative AI applications using LLMs.

• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Design and refine prompts to improve AI performance and user experience.
• Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, and business applications.
• Evaluate, monitor, and enhance model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

2-3 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Development.

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• ⁠ understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• ⁠ knowledge of front end skills added advantage

Preferred

• Experience with AI Agents, chatbot development, or GenAI use cases.
• Exposure to MLOps and model deployment practices
