EH&S Technician

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities Assist the EHS Manager in the review and update of environmental health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with all Federal, State, and local government regulations. Perform routine life safety equipment inspections Lead all aspects of the regulated waste management program, including inspections, accumulation, and shipment. Work to maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable federal, state, and municipal guidelines. Maintain hazard communication programs, Safety Data Sheets, and chemical inventory information. Gather data to assist with filing of EHS permits: Storm Water, Air, Hazardous Waste, Waste-Water Treatment, Fire Safety, and operating permits. Gather information and assist with reporting requirements. Conduct job hazard analyses and personal protective equipment reviews and assessments. Prepare training materials, and conduct training on EHS topics Lead injury and incident reviews, root cause analysis, and knowledge share communication.
