Pump Maintenance Field Crew Supervisor

This position is responsible for supervision and coordination of a team of 2-5 full-time employees, (Electronics Technician, Mechanics, etc.) engaged in the operation, maintenance, and repair of sewer pump stations. The position plays a vital role within the organizational leadership, guiding team members in the pursuit of strategic goals and fostering a positive work culture. The position evaluates and documents team members’ performance, provides feedback and helps team members develop and enhance their skills. This position is supervised by the Pump Maintenance Supervisor. This position has supervisory responsibilities.
