About The Role

  1. 端到端全流程订单交付：从客户下单、K3系统单据操作、协调生产交期回执客户、货代沟通出货安排、跟踪交货到客户手上、货款催收；
  2. 订单交付过程中遇到的障碍能主导排除，能独立闭环自己所负责的工作；
  3. 客诉问题能快速响应闭环解决方案让客户满意，支撑满足到代理\销售提出的合理工作需求；
  4. 销售数据的统计、报表制作，及运营商客户基本库存分析；能够策划分析、提升部门长期工作效率；
  5. 其他部门主管安排的任务。
  1. 本科及以上学历，英语水平良好，国际贸易、物流专业优先；有外贸、跨境电商经历者优先；
  2. 热爱外贸业务，愿意长期稳定从事订单交付工作，有耐心完成琐碎的任务，做事细心认真；
  3. 良好的沟通协调能力，责任心强，抗压性强。
