About The Role

  • 1.方法确认、验证和转移流程的维护和执行。
  • 2.分析方法的验证，确认、转移。
  • 3.严格按照相关流程（分析方法和程序等）进行实验、记录、计算和数据审核。
  • 4.执行方法验证和转移中发生的实验室事件和偏差调查。
  • 5.及时反馈及解决分析过程中出现的各类问题或突发状况，确保GMP符合性。
  • 6.启动所有与相关管理有关的变更（包括验证，方法和规格变化等），及时执行CAPA。
  • 7.负责跟踪项目生产使用的对照品和色谱柱。
  • 8.参与流程的维护和优化，确保执行流程。
  • 9.及时跟踪项目进展，与客户加强沟通，建立稳定良好的关系。
  • 10.与生产部和项目部保持沟通顺畅，保证项目管理和稳定性分析工作的顺利开展。
  • 11.合理使用仪器设备和设施，解决初级仪器故障，及时反馈仪器故障。
  • 12.积极参与客户审计和各项检测，及时完成发现项的整改。
  • 13.协助主管进行现场管理，保持环境整洁，保证满足5S符合性和EHS要求。确保实验室安全和自身的人员安全。
  • 1.药学或化学相关专业，硕士学历
  • 2.了解分析检测和质量管理
  • 3.熟练的英文读写能力
  • 4.优选条件：
  • （1）熟悉分析仪器的工作原理；
  • （2）性格开朗乐观，组织能力强在校期间积极社团活动，有活动组织经验为优。
  • 5.具备良好的沟通和协调能力，具有独立工作和解决问题的能力、善于沟通，乐于合作，热衷新技术，善于总结分享，喜欢动手实践。
