About The Role
- 1、负责对外技术交流和产品应用推广；
- 2、提供工商业光伏逆变器或工商储储能系统的安装、调试和维修技术支持，为客户解决使用过程中的各类技术问题；
- 3、协助销售团队进行技术交流和产品演示，提供技术支持；
- 4、线上指导（微信，what’s app，邮件）客户产品使用和故障排除，提供售前和售后技术支持；
- 5、收集和整理客户反馈的产品问题和需求，协助研发团队进行技术改进。
- 1、电子、自动化、电气类相关专业；
- 2、具备出色的解决问题的能力和分析思维，能够快速准确地识别和解决技术故障；
- 3、具备一定的英语听说读写能力，能够与海外客户进行简单的沟通（英语通过四级及以上优先考虑）；
- 注：适合广大想磨练口语以及沟通能力的电子、电力等相关电子专业同学投递
