Job Position Title: IN_ Associate _ Business Analyst _ AppTech _ Advisory _ Bhubaneshwar Responsibilities: 1. Experience in Building Plan Approval Systems (OBPAS) 2. Understanding & experience of Urban Governance, Municipal Administration & Development Authority Processes 3. Strong understanding of the Building Bye-laws and Development regulations 4. Proficient in AutoCAD and equivalent softwares Mandatory skill sets: 1. Develop concepts and workflows for various functions of the OBPAS module, including enhancements and system integrations. 2. Coordinate and manage stakeholders, including government officials and other key functionaries. 3. Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems. 4. Analyze existing workflows on a day-to-day basis and provide the necessary support to the team. 5. Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations. Preferred skill sets: Experience in developing Approval layouts for various projects and experience of working with the Government is an added advantage Years of experience required: 3Years-4Years Education qualification: · Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA, or a related field.
