Product Senior Lead

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant, ERP Product Owner, or similar role. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, preferably in Discrete Manufacturing and/or Process Manufacturing. Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing business processes, including BOM, Work Definition, Work Orders, Routing, Production Execution, Inventory, and Cost Management. Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and system solutions. Ability to define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and product backlog based on business value and operational requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working collaboratively with business users, plant/manufacturing operations, technical teams, and external implementation partners. Good understanding of system integration between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications such as MES, IoT, WMS, or other manufacturing systems. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Responsibilities : Conduct alignment between business requirements, manufacturing operations, and technology solutions. Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to support the digital transformation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Managing the product roadmap and backlog, gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating requirements into functional solutions, and supporting the configuration Enhancement of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules, including Work Definition, Work Order Execution, Inventory Management, and Cost Management. Collaborate closely with manufacturing operations, business stakeholders, technical and development teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful system implementation, integration, testing, UAT, release management, and ongoing system improvements.
