The New Zealand stores are yours to bring to life. Enable and execute our brands DNA to create amazing moments and experiences our customers will love. Partner with your store teams, make locally relevant decisions that drive sales for New Zealand, be resourceful and have a curious mindset to unlock the possibilities:
- Be customer obsessed, go above and beyond to deliver what your local customer wants.
- Team up with your retail partners, coach and train on how to deliver the visual directive within their stores.
- Live in store, deliver on the plan, know your best sellers and make it happen.
- Respond to trade quickly, provide feedback and implement action plans to drive sales.
- Love our product and our customer.
- Reporting to the National Manager, you influence the New Zealand market & participate in global initiatives.
- Partner with Retail and Merch to deliver consistent, country-relevant store experiences that drive contribution and protect Brand DNA
