Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain highly available and cost-efficient cloud data infrastructure on

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

and

Kubernetes

• .
• Work extensively with

BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud SQL

• .
• Develop and maintain

Terraform

• configurations for GCP data services, networking, and deployments.
• Manage networking and deployment configurations for GCP data platform components.
• Design and maintain advanced
• CI/CD pipelines
• for data services, focusing on quality, security, and efficiency.
• Establish monitoring and observability across data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex data infrastructure and production issues and proactively identify potential risks.
• Implement cloud security best practices, including vulnerability scanning and threat modeling.
• Collaborate with application and data engineering teams to establish and improve operational standards.
• Support ongoing
• GCP migration initiatives
• by designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• in a DevOps Engineering role with significant hands-on GCP experience.
• Strong commercial experience building and operating
• data infrastructure on GCP
• .
• Hands-on experience with

BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud SQL

• .
• Advanced experience with

Terraform

• , including infrastructure for GCP data services, networking, and deployments.
• Strong understanding of
• GCP networking
• , including VPCs, subnets, firewall rules, and private connectivity.
• Proven experience designing and implementing
• large-scale GCP solutions
• .
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design robust and reliable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• English: B2+ / Upper-Intermediate or higher.
