Job Description – Lead Product Designer Experience: 10–15 Years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy for digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UX/UI design, product strategy, user research, and design leadership . Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to final delivery. Define and drive the overall product design and user experience strategy. Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions. Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders. Establish and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products. Mentor and guide UI/UX and Product Designers. Advocate for user-centered design and best practices across the organization. Required Skills UX/UI Design Product Design & Strategy User Research and Usability Testing Wireframing and Prototyping Design Systems Figma and other relevant design tools Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience designing web and mobile applications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. 10–15 years of relevant Product Design experience. Proven experience leading product design teams and complex digital products.
