Full-Time LPN – Night Shift

⏰ Schedule

3/14 12-Hour Night Shift Rotation
EVO Weekend | 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Qualifications💙 What You’ll Do

As an SHP LPN, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care while helping patients receive the treatment and support they need.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care and monitoring symptoms, reactions, and progress
Administering medications according to nursing standards and facility guidelines
Performing assessments and responding appropriately to urgent or emergent situations
Documenting care accurately and maintaining patient records
Following established treatment plans and nursing protocols
Collaborating with providers and the healthcare team
Applying sound clinical judgment while practicing within applicable State Scope of Practice Guidelines
