The Youth Engagement & Success Coach plays a critical role in supporting youth as they navigate educational, career, and personal development pathways. This position provides individualized coaching, mentoring, case management, and motivational support to help participants build confidence, resilience, employability skills, and long-term self-sufficiency. The Youth Engagement & Success Coach serves as a trusted mentor and advocate, guiding youth through school-to-work and school-to-college transitions while helping them achieve academic, career, and personal goals.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:

• High school diploma with 2+ years working with youth in mentoring,

teaching, or coaching roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one coaching to build confidence, resilience, and selfadvocacy.

• Support youth in navigating school-to-work and school-to-college

transitions.

• Celebrate milestones, recognize achievements, and build long-term

engagement.

• Collaborate with navigators to reinforce career goals.
• Case management and client follow up to ensure successful completion of

education and/or transition to the workforce
