At Dallas Retirement Village, our Childcare Teachers play an important role in supporting children ages 6 weeks to 5 years through meaningful learning experiences, positive relationships, and engaging daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to help build confidence, curiosity, and social-emotional development during some of the most important years of a child's life.

What You'll Do

Childcare Teachers provide a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment where children can learn, explore, and grow.

QualificationsWhat You Bring

• Passion for working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
• Ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment
• Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Enrollment in Oregon's Central Background Registry or ability to obtain
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Ability to meet Oregon licensing requirements
