About The Role
We are recruiting a Semiconductor Device Engineer to advance research and development in Gallium Nitride and Ga2O3-based devices. You will fabricate test structures in a cleanroom, conduct electrical and microscopy testing, and support device simulation. Ideal candidates have hands-on cleanroom experience and expertise in semiconductor physics.
