The Ticketing Associate handles cash and digital transactions for complex event entry and vehicle parking. Following Oak View Group service standards, they ensure accurate payment processing, verify booking credentials using Ticketmaster software, and provide immediate directional assistance across our expansive entertainment complex property. This role relies on event-driven scheduling, primarily occurring during evenings and weekends. This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 - $11.00.
